Delivery, Returns and Privacy

Delivery: I’ll do all I can to pack and send your order on the day you place it, depending on the time you place your order. You should receive an email once your order is in the post.

Please be aware the postal service from Lord Howe Island moves a little slower than on the ‘mainland’. All products will be sent express (which means that they are sent via air freight and avoid a three week trip on a ship). Most orders should arrive within a few days, but I recommend that you allow up to ten days before getting in touch to chase them up.

Returns or Exchanges: You can contact me via the form on the website if there has been any issue with a product and I’ll do all that I can to assist with a return or exchange. Products must be in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Regrettably, I can’t offer a refund or exchange on fine art prints for a change of mind.

Privacy: Any personal information that you provide to via the website or shop such as name, email address and phone number will not be passed on to a third party for any purpose.
